Floor and Vault
Our Floor & Vault Squad is for gymnasts who show commitment, good attendance, and the potential to progress within the Floor and Vault disciplines.
Sessions are delivered by qualified coaches and focus on the progressive development of strength, power, technique, and confidence in line with British Gymnastics guidance and age-appropriate skill progression.
Gymnasts train in a positive, supportive, and appropriately challenging environment, with clear goals and regular opportunities to develop their performance and reach their full potential.
Athletes compete through the British Gymnastics competition pathway, and therefore everyone taking part in the club is required to hold valid British Gymnastics membership.
Women's Artistic Gymnastics
Our Women’s Artistic Gymnastics programme provides gymnasts with the opportunity to develop, progress, and achieve their potential through two recognised British Gymnastics pathways, catering for a range of abilities and ambitions.
We deliver the British Gymnastics Grading Pathway, including Preparation, Development, and Performance levels, supporting gymnasts as they build strong technical foundations and progress through the national framework.
We also offer the Excel Pathway, providing a flexible and rewarding competitive route that encourages skill development, performance quality, and long-term participation in the sport.
Led by experienced coaches, our programme combines high-quality training with a positive and supportive environment where gymnasts are encouraged to work towards their individual goals, develop confidence and resilience, and achieve success both in the gym and in competition.
